Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Managing Director or equivalent leadership role, preferably within the construction or fitting-out industry.

• Strong track record in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Ability to drive organizational growth and inspire team performance.

• Familiarity with the Hong Kong market and its unique business environment is highly desirable.
