Requirements:
· Lead and manage the design team’s daily operations and project flow, balancing workloads and timelines.
· Monitor the quality of all design outputs, ensuring they align with brand and project requirements.
· Coordinate with the video, event, and account servicing teams to ensure timely and effective design support across all projects.
· Provide clear feedback and direction to designers, ensuring revisions meet expectations and timelines.
· Act as a quality gatekeeper for final deliverables, reviewing designs before client submission or internal use.
· Help identify opportunities to improve workflow, tools, and team performance.
Responsibilities:
· Degree/Diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in design management, studio coordination, or creative team leadership.
· Solid understanding of visual design principles across digital and print media.
· Strong project and time management skills; capable of handling multiple design tasks across various formats.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills to support and guide the design team.
· Experience in quality control, with a sharp eye for detail and design consistency.
· Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design platforms is a plus.
