Job Duties:
Assist in building an efficient team of staff, and ensure continuous improvement by taking an active interest in the safety, development, and motivation of staff
Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the retail shop to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service standard
Assure Company standard can be carried out in terms of products quality, customer service level, hygiene and safety
Organise & provide staff training
Work with Area Operation manager to analyse weekly and monthly sales activity, revenue and P&L reports, to ensure adherence to budgets, business plans and targets
Requirements:
Diploma or above
3 years experience in F&B industry with minimum 1 years managerial experience
Demonstrate ability to lead the team and accomplish common goal
Proven track record in sales generation, managing the achievement of sales result and profitability targets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
Responsible and passionate in catering service
Strong multitasking and decision-making skills
Good team player and ability to work under pressure
Self-motivated, dedicated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail & extremely organised
Candidates with less experienced would be Supervisor
