Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end finance system project management, including project planning, timeline tracking, feasibility studies, user requirement analysis, UAT, training, and documentation.
Drive system and process enhancement initiatives for Finance, including troubleshooting and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality system development, maintenance, and support services.
Translate business needs into actionable IT solutions by participating in the design, development, and implementation of systems aligned with organizational goals.
Design and implement process automation solutions by converting operational workflows into application development tasks.
Develop and configure RPA processes using UiPath, ensuring scalable, well-structured, and maintainable workflows.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, system development, and implementation (finance systems preferred).
Hands-on experience with finance system implementations (e.g., accounting, budgeting, financial reporting).
Proficiency in SQL, VBA, Macros, and advanced Excel formulas.
Expertise in UiPath for RPA development and process automation.
Proven track record of working with external vendors and business stakeholders.
Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the System Analyst role.

Nice to Have:

Experience leading teams and managing cross-departmental projects.
Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile) or RPA (UiPath Advanced Developer).
