Responsibilities
Full-spectrum HR operations: Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, MPF, taxation, and compensation & benefits.
Policy development: Contribute to reviewing, developing, and implementing HR policies and standard operating procedures.
Document and Data management: Maintain and update incoming and outgoing documents, filing and staff databases and HR-related records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Employee relations: Build strong working relationships with staff at all levels by providing responsive and high-quality HR support.
Reporting: Prepare insightful HR reports for management review to facilitate informed decision-making.
Administrative oversight: Handling incoming and outgoing mails, packages, and deliveries; Manage office operations, including maintenance, telecom systems, insurance, and equipment support.
License and Certificate Supporting: Responsible for company license and certificates renewal and purchasing, repairing and maintenance of company vehicles, renewal of license and fuel cards.
Workplace culture: Promote a positive environment through engagement initiatives and employee relations activities.
Adaptability: Handle various ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor including English and Chinese correspondences, emails, memos, letters, presentation materials, minutes and reports, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
Requirements
Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human ResourcesManagement, Language, Translation, Marketing, Business Communication or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in all-round HR duties.
Legal knowledge: Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and labor laws.
Payroll expertise: Solid experience in payroll administration.
Personal qualities: Well-organized, positive, and highly adaptable individual with a customer-oriented mindset.
Work style: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Communication skills: Good command of Spoken and written Cantonese and English.
Technical proficiency: Skilled in MS Office applications and other online tools such as Google Drive, Zoom, Teamviewer.
