Responsibilities

• Quote sheet preparation, samples arrangement and all kinds of sales support activities

• Sales Order and Production Order processing

• Liaise and monitoring shipment and production schedules with sub-contractors and customers to ensure on-time delivery

• Any other related job duties

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 2 years hands-on working experience related to monitor manufacturing orders to OEM factories in China and communicate with direct customers for export trade worldwide

• Experience in handling domestic sales and online sales platforms in USA is definitely a plus

• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin

• Good communication skills preferably with experience in interacting directly with overseas sales teams and customers

• Computer literate is a must

• Candidate must be willing to learn, meticulous, responsible and can work independently without close supervision
