Responsibilities:

  • Deliver warm, professional food & beverage service
  • Recommend items and manage customer orders with attention to detail
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintain stock of service stations
  • Support team operations and maintain high service standards
  • Lead or guide team members depending on seniority (Captain/Supervisor)

Requiements:

  • 1+ year of experience in restaurant, café, hotel, or premium service
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English; Putonghua is a plus
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong customer service mindset
