Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience (10+ years) in operations management, with a track record of success in leadership roles.
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in managing budgets and resources efficiently.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards is a plus
