• Engage with client's IT teams to gather and discuss business requirements 
• Analyze requirements to come up with specifications and project plans
• Coordinate with and manage the software house's internal IT resources and external suppliers throughout the end-to-end project cycle
• Participate in troubleshoots throughout SDLC to come up with solutions/ directions to steer through technical challenges 
• Define with UAT test plans and execute UAT activities

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Holder of industry recognized project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, etc.)
• 8+ years' experience in Business Analytics and/or IT Project Management roles
• With industry domain experience in banking, finance and/ or insurance sectors   
• With good stakeholder and project management skills
• Good command of Chinese and English
