Engage with client's IT teams to gather and discuss business requirements 

Analyze requirements to come up with specifications and project plans

Coordinate with and manage the software house's internal IT resources and external suppliers throughout the end-to-end project cycle

Participate in troubleshoots throughout SDLC to come up with solutions/ directions to steer through technical challenges 

Define with UAT test plans and execute UAT activities

Bachelor’s degree holder

3+ years' experience in Business Analytics and/or IT Project Management roles

With industry domain experience in banking, finance and/ or insurance sectors   

With good stakeholder and project management skills

Good command of Chinese and English
