Responsibilities:

      • Provide safety training and guidance to all site personnel.

      • Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and recommending corrective actions.

      • Collaborate with project managers and site teams to promote a culture of safety.

      • Maintain accurate records of safety training, incidents, and inspections.

Requirements:

• • • • Proven experience as a Safety Supervisor, preferably in housing or ASD projects.

      • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

      • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

      • Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
