Responsibilities

• Report to the Group Financial Controller.

• Assist the Group FC in overseeing the finance and accounting functions of the Group

• Handle all aspects of financial controls, operational reviews and treasury planning

• Highlight and investigate significant issues of operating units, make recommendations on corrective measures

• Assist in enforcing internal control systems and group finance policies and procedures to ensure that the assets, revenues and costs are under effective control

• Assist in implementing ERP system modification and enhancement project

• Assist in annual budget and audit

• Provide training and delegation of accounts staff in the Group

• Evaluate the feasibility and follow up on new projects

• Ad-hoc projects as directed by the Group Financial Controller

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or equivalent and with a recognized accounting qualification, preferably ACCA/HKICPA

• 8+ years of experience in managing full spectrum of accounting and finance functions

• Strong business sense, proven management, analytical and leadership skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate with all departments or units in an organization and corporate office

• Good understanding of HK & China accounting, taxation and company rules and regulations; working experience in PRC and or Malaysia manufacturing company is an advantage

• Proactive, detail-oriented, problem-solving, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure

• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English

• Occasionally travel to the PRC and overseas plant is required
