Responsibilities
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of plans
Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, and content marketing
Keep close track of industry news and competitor movements
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve outcomes
Liaise and coordinate with supplies, external partners and internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of marketing plans
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a digital marketing context
Proficient in both Japanese and Mandarin/English
Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign development, execution, and analysis
Proficiency in using relevant marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel frequently for business trips, both domestically and internationally, as required by the role
