Responsibilities
Report to HR Manager
Handle general office administration, maintenance of office equipment and supplies
Assist in administration of various HR operations & projects
Maintain proper filing system and handle confidential documents
Plan and organize staff activities and company events
Assist ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
University or above in business administration or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years' working experience
Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel)
Ability to evaluate multiple ongoing tasks and non-routine situations, determine priorities and organize work in a timely manner
Highly motivated team player with positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills
Candidate with more experience will be considerated as Assistant Officer
Immediate available is highly preferred
