Responsibilities:
Handle full spectrum of HR support and services including but not limited to manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations & engagement;
Responsible for mass staff recruitment including sourcing and shortlisting of candidates, conducting interviews, reference checks and making offer;
Contribute to develop effective recruitment channels to attract right talents;
Liaise with department representatives to understand their recruitment needs and assist in implementing effective workforce planning;
Act as a trusted business partner by providing administration support on employee relations and performance management;
Prepare various HR reports and maintain staff data;
Perform other ad-hoc HR-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry;
Positive, proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility;
Proficient in PC applications including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
Immediately available is preferable;
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Human Resources and Administration Officer
