Responsibilities :
Provide professional and timely communication over phone and email to all inbound questions from customers and internal parties;
Perform other administrative matters, clerical and various tasks as assigned;
Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned from time to time;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, strong in spoken Mandarin is a MUST;
Prior experience in the Customer Service or KYC field, preferably in the Accounting or Banking industry.
