Responsibilities
Be the bridge between our local Department Manager and Product Managers at our European Headquarters, ensuring smooth product development and timely launches
Team up with creative Product Designers, both in-house and external, to bring innovative products to life
Lead the charge on prototyping, cost estimation, development timelines, and maintaining top-notch product quality
Collaborate closely with dynamic cross-functional teams including Design, Sales, Quality Control, and Shipping
Stay in sync with suppliers to confirm and manage delivery schedules
Craft mock-up samples to support exciting product planning and presentations
Keep the showroom dazzling for assigned product categories, ensuring it’s always professional and up-to-date
Explore and connect with current and potential suppliers across Asia for development and sourcing
Attend trade fairs to stay ahead of industry trends and network with key players
Jump in to support with ad-hoc tasks and departmental needs as they arise
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 3 years of Merchandising / Product Development experience,
preferably in the Toy or FMCG industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Outgoing, commercially savvy, and proactive with a hands-on approach
Responsible, detail-oriented, adaptable, and a strong team player
