Responsibilities
Participate in full employee life cycle and daily HR operation in recruitment, C&B, employee relations, and performance management etc.
Responsible for performing monthly payroll, commission calculation, MPF, final payment and prepare payroll reports
Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for management review and participate in yearly project, including performance appraisal, salary benchmarking and market surveys
Handle staff EC cases, including liaising with employee and Labor department, investigation record handling and EC payment processes
Coordinate company activities, events and organize training workshop
Maintain and update HR system and filing system accurately and effectively
Assist in other HR related projects / duties as assigned
Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF ordinance and other HR related regulations in HK
Proactive work attitude, detail-minded, well-organized, responsible and self-motivated
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
Immediate available would be an advantage
