Responsibilities:

Provide technical support consultation on hardware, software & networking maintenance services to Multinational Corporation customers
Handle complex solutions in multi-vendor environments
Handle customers' technical questions on proposed products
Provide best practice recommendations on software/hardware infrastructure
Manage and follow-up on customers' queries
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop solutions that fulfill customer needs.
Show the advantages of Infrastructure services to solve customer challenges
Lead technical discussions, conducting user acceptance test, and prepare technical documentation such as SOP/Manual, etc

Requirements:

High Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
4-5 years or above experience in IT
Good knowledge on Windows systems/ Cloud/ Networking/ Software applications.
Project implementation reference of integrated solutions.
Good team player, self-motivated, communication skills and hard-working
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
