Your Responsibilities:

• Boost Sales & Marketing: Craft and implement creative strategies to promote banquet venues, attracting members and corporate clients for diverse events.
• Maximize Venue Utilization: Enhance booking rates by targeting external corporations and ensuring seamless event delivery.
• Champion Events & Memberships: Plan engaging event experiences and partner with the Membership team to grow corporate memberships.
• Strengthen Client Bonds: Foster enduring relationships with corporate clients to secure repeat bookings and glowing recommendations.
• Monitor & Report Success: Track marketing campaign outcomes, event participation, and provide regular insights on sales performance
• Manage catering budget effectively
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

Who We’re Seeking:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record (minimum 5 years) in catering sales, event planning, or similar hospitality roles, preferably within a luxury hotel, private club etc
• Outstanding marketing, sales, and negotiation talents, paired with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong presentation skills are essential.
• proactive self-starter who thrives in collaborative team settings
• Possesses excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and relevant software tools
• Strong understanding of food and beverage trends
