Major Duties: | ||
(a) | To carry out accounting, auditing and general clerical duties; | |
(b) | To assist in preparing monthly financial statements, regular reports and year-end exercise; | |
(c) | To draft simple correspondence; and | |
(d) | To handle enquiries. | |
Requirements: | ||
(a) | (i) | Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, or equivalent^; OR |
(ii) | Level 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE); OR | |
(iii) | Diploma of Applied Education + Maths Plus / Diploma Yi Jin + Mathematics / Project Yi Jin; OR | |
(iv) | A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate / Diploma of Foundation Studies; OR | |
(v) | A recognised Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above. | |
* | Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 / Passing 5 specific VTC’s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification. | |
^ | “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in HKDSE Examination are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects. | |
(b) | Preferably with a pass in LCCI accounting subjects or with comparable professional examination results or academic qualification in accounting field; | |
(c) | Preferably with relevant work experience in accounting / audit related work; | |
(d) | Proficiency in computer software application, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing; | |
(e) | Detail-minded, ability to work independently with initiative and be a good team player; | |
(f) | Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills | |
(g) | Good command of Chinese and English, preferably with knowledge of Putonghua; and | |
(h) | Good work initiative and be customer oriented. | |

(1) | The post is at the rank of “Executive Assistant II”. | |
(2) | The work location is in Pokfulam. | |
(3) | The appointee(s) may be required to work irregular hours or outside normal office hours. |
