Responsibilities

• Handle full set of I/E shipping independently

• Check invoice from forwarder and supplier, prepare PR & L/C document.

• Order fulfilment & ensure accurate data input & system record

• Liaise with related internal departments and vendors

• Data entry in BC system & sales invoice insurance

• Perform insurance claim issue

• Conduct freight quotation & negotiation, carriers/delivery method selection and comparison, coordinate delivery and evaluate carrier performance

• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant working experience of L/C, Tradelink, co-ordinate with forwarder/customer to arrange booking and delivery

• Handle full set of shipping documents in garment field

• Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin, Japanese is preferred.

• Proficiency with MS Excel (Vlookup & Pivot table), Word, PPT

• ERP/ SAP experience is preferred

• Immediate available is highly preferred
