Responsibilities
Manage and maintain self-service user support on basic IT aspects and provide in-house support on all IT aspects including hardware, software, network troubleshooting, and security and AV systems
Manage local and oversea vendors on IT procurement and maintenance renewal for all IT hardware, systems and services
Provide first level support, diagnosis and resolve any issues regarding in-house system
Perform daily help desk functions including service call handling, follow-up actions and coordination
Assist in various administrative tasks including data entry, system setup, training coordination and audit execution
Help to develop technical documents and user manuals
Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably gained in sizable organization or MNC
Good Knowledge of Windows server 2016-2022/O365/Networking/Firewall/Microsoft Exchange Server/SharePoint/Proxy Server/MS office/Windows 10 and experience in ERP & System & Process Automation
Knowledge and practical experience in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes
Strong analytical skills with logical, independent and systematic thinking
Fast learner with good problem solving skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadline
Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
Experience working in international environment
