Job Duties:

Drive global business growth and identify new sales opportunities.
Manage the sales cycle and maintain client relationships; analyze market trends.
Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to increase market share.
Handle customer inquiries and convert them into successful deals.
Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve plans; prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Attend trade fairs and marketing events; business trips required.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of experience in key account and sales management, preferably in the Garment – Trim & Zippers industry.
Strong connections with overseas buyers and suppliers (especially Nike, Adidas).
Experience in building strategic relationships in international business.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or Marketing.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Excellent leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Motivated and results-oriented with a commitment to quality.
