Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll and compensation & benefits (C&B) for four stores in Hong Kong.
  • Serve as the sole HRBP, providing comprehensive HR support to meet business needs.
  • Report directly to the Regional Manager and maintain liaison with HQ HR and Administration.
  • Monitor and analyze HR-related data, providing optimization recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or above in Human Resource Management or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in the FMCG or F&B industry, with knowledge of HR processes in the restaurant sector preferred.
  • Ability to independently handle payroll and benefits matters, with strong data analysis skills.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
