Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of Generative AI Chatbots by handling data pre-processing and prompt engineering tasks.
Compare various Large Language Models (LLM) on performance and accuracy.
Responsible for adminstrative and technical tasks for various hypervisors, such as KVM and Hyper-V environment.
Provide support and handle development works for DevOps container deployment infrastructure and lifecycle.
React to incidents and conduct troubleshooting, handle user enquiries & requests and system admin works.
Out of office hours emergency support may be required.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor or above in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines.
At least 3 years experience in sizeable organizations preferred.
Proficient in Linux and Window Server administration.
Knowledge of Python, Java Script and PowerShell.
Highly flexible and able to work in fast-paced environment.
Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Proficient in MS Office Applications.
