Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns – working closely with the creative team on all social, email, content, and other channels
Manage marketing budget allocating resources to maximize ROI
Collaborate with & bridge across other functional teams (creative, buying, operations, etc), to align marketing efforts with business goals
Analyze business trends and campaign performance data to align with business decision needs
Drive and develop marketing content together with the creative team for email, social media, advertising and other communication purposes
Monitor and measure up success of marketing initiative and campaigns, identifying areas of improvement and making it happen
Staying relevant with current trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure company’s efforts remain competitive and effective
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications or a related field
5+ years of leadership role in marketing
Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns & events
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies (eg CRM, analytics, content management systems)
Creative problem solving skills and a passion for always doing better
Understand the nature of start ups, being a true team player and able to work independently
Working proficiency in English
