Our client, an international insurance company, is undertaking a next-level transformation project. The candidate will be responsible for developing back-end systems, exploring CI/CD best practices, and performing data analysis to support business decisions. They should be highly capable of working independently and collaborating with other application teams.



Additionally, the candidate will lead a team to manage project scope and timelines, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.



Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team to implement assigned projects, monitor and maintain system stability, and provide solutions to address stability issues.
* Align with DevOps and Agile delivery approaches, tooling, and practices to enhance systems.
* Refactor and continuously improve code and processes.
* Manage ongoing support of applications and the ecosystem.
* Drive and manage own team while collaborating with distributed teams.
* Explore CI/CD best practices and perform data analysis to support business decisions.



Key Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
* 10+ years in IT development & support, with 3+ years in the insurance industry.
* Hands-on experience with Agile, CI/CD tools, and programming languages (Java EE, JavaScript, Spring).
* Knowledge of database technologies, public cloud services, and containerization/orchestration.
* Experience in Chatbot/AI integration will be a plus.
* Strong responsibility, analytical skills, and team management abilities.
* Excellent command of English and Chinese.
