• Handle the marketing and leasing matters of commercial premises in Hong Kong mainly

• Work closely with the vendor and real estate agents

• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, rental assessments and data analysis

• Prepare presentation materials when needed

• Degree holder or above in related disciplines

• At least 2 years of working experience in commercial leasing

• Excellent interpersonal skills. Fluent in Cantonese and English
