To participate in planning the upgrade / migration.
To monitor and troubleshoot setup and configuration problems during the upgrade / migration.
To design and execute test plans for the new architecture, e.g. local resilience tests, site failover tests, etc.
To support and participate in drills.
To maintain documentation relevant to the upgrade / migration.
To provide nursing and maintenance support to the upgraded / migrated system.
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology related discipline
At least 5 years’ experience in infrastructure implementation and at least 2 years of relevant experience in servers and application support
Must be knowledgeable and with hands on experience in any of these:
Support WebLogic /Oracle/ MySQL/ MSSQL/ Windows/ AIX/ Linux/ Adobe AIR/ AWS/ Openshift
Support mission critical systems
Knowledge in Common monitoring tools and Test automation tools
