Manage operational risk and adhere to relevant policies, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in retail banking or a related financial services environment.
Strong understanding of retail banking products and services, with a focus on customer relationship management.
Passed IIQE 1, 2, 3.
HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8 with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience (candidates can take exams upon onboarding).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
Ability to analyze financial data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
