Lead cross-functional teams to execute brand marketing initiatives, including campaigns, product launches, and brand activations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify brand positioning opportunities and consumer insights that can inform brand strategies and messaging.
Work closely with regional marketing teams to adapt global brand strategies to local markets, taking into account cultural nuances and consumer preferences in the APAC region.
Drive brand awareness and engagement through innovative marketing strategies, leveraging digital channels, social media, and other platforms to reach target audiences effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in brand marketing and strategy development, preferably in a marketing agency environment.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Familiarity with the retail industry and an understanding of branding principles and best practices.
Experience working in the APAC region is preferred, with knowledge of regional markets and consumer behavior.
Proficiency in data analysis and market research tools to derive actionable insights for brand strategy development.
