Responsibilities
Perform daily accounting operations, book keeping, data entry, issue cheques
Assist in month-end closing and accounting reports
Perform general administrative and clerical support on daily operations, including data entry, filing and mailing
Maintenance of office supplies inventory such as stationery, printing supplies and sundries
Support daily outings if necessary (e.g. Banks, Post Office etc)
Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 with accounting related qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in accounting
Good communication and organisational skills
Preferred with experience working in properties management.
Familiar with Quickbooks, MS Word, Excel, OneDrive/Sharepoint
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
