About the Role:

• Daily restaurant operation & enhance team service levels.
• Overseeing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Handling customer feedback, resolving complaints, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Assisting in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase restaurant visibility and performance.

The Successful Applicant:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality/F&B industry, particularly in Chinese restaurant operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with operational standards and best practices in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
