Responsibilities

• Provide internal technical support with computer and software including installation, configurations and updates as needed

• Resolve IT issues for user via phone, in person or electronically in a timely manner

• Maintain asset and inventory management for hardware and software

• Perform routine IT operations including system monitoring/administration, logs, review

• Manage infrastructure (Including servers, network devices, VC etc)

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 graduated with further studies in Computer Science or related disciplines

• Previous working experience in IT support for over 2 years

• Knowledge in Networking infrastructure i.e. Switches, Routers, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VPN

• Knowledge in Microsoft products including Windows and Office

• Knowledge in Linux is an advantage

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin

• Willing to travel to China occasionally

• Immediate available is preferred
