Our client is a fast-growing insurance company in Hong Kong, building a new digital division. They seek a Lead Digital Solutions Architect to support the digital foundation and common services of the application.



You will standardize and drive various digital services that act as enablers for our new digital platform, ensuring solutions that are fast, stable, and cost-efficient while maintaining a high standard of digital experience.



Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and lead a team dedicated to digital services, including API management, payment processing, and application integration.
* Formulate and execute strategies to standardize and enhance digital services, driving cost efficiency and promoting their adoption.
* Ensure seamless translation of enterprise architecture into actionable solutions for development teams and external partners.
* Play a pivotal role in initial project phases to define solutions and estimate efforts, reducing potential delivery gaps.
* Maintain and elevate service standards for digital services.
* Collaborate with diverse teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.
* Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to foster innovation in digital solutions.
* Mentor and develop team members to boost their technical and leadership capabilities.



Key Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
* 10+ years of experience in digital solution delivery, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
* Strong expertise in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, and API management.
* Extensive experience with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
* Proven success in delivering complex digital projects and excellent communication skills.
* Certifications in relevant technologies or project management and familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI or machine learning is a plus.
