Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term financial strategies, goals, and objectives for the Group's portfolio of companies

• Maintain a strong financial and accounting system to provide the management with timely and accurate financial information, treasury matter, tax planning and cost analysis

• Lead, motivate and supervise team member to prepare financial report, budgets and cash flow forecast

• Ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of financial and operational flows and driving the implementation of effective procedures, controls and systems

• Provide strategic input to Chief Financial Officer for driving the business growth

• Monitor & rectify financial performance and risks

• Handle of treasury management to ensure liquidity work

• Involve in ad hoc assignments and projects

Requirements

• Degree Holder in Finance / Accounting and professional accountancy qualification

• At least 12 years of experience, with at least 6 years in international accounting firm at Manager level or above and at least 5 years in listed company

• Working experience in PRC companies is a plus

• Working experience in manufacturing company is a plus

• Familiar with HK Listing Rules

• Excellent analytical, presentation, report writing and PC skills

• Knowledge and use of SAP systems will be in advantage

• Proactive, detailed-oriented,  problem-solving, good interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin in an advantage
