Responsibilities

• Manage product sourcing, prepare quotation and price negotiations with suppliers

• Monitor the production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and supports on follow up on the sampling process

• Resolve product and production issues

• Liaise with overseas customers, vendors in China and internal parties

• Attend exhibitions and events to visit new vendors

• Travel to China is necessary

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• With at least 5-8 years working experience in related field

• Preferably to have experiences with promotional business in German/European market

• Good business sense, self-initiative and strong communication skills

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Able to work under pressure with multiple concurrent tasks

• Attentive to detail and well-organized

• Sound IT knowledge, proficient in MS Office and outlook

• Excellent command of spoken and written English, good command of spoken and written Mandarin is required

• Immediate available is preferred
