Responsibilities

• Leading and managing QC team to ensure works following the established quality procedures and to support company strategy and routine

• Coordinating the testing and CAR with teammate to ensure product fulfilling with safety standard and fitness for usage

• Direct communicating with factories for problem solving

• Reviewing the established quality procedure and product specification to identify the need of improvement

• Building and maintaining the effective quality management system

• Initiate risk assessment

• Ensuring completeness of documents in regarding to tests, approvals and inspections

• Reviewing the up-to-date approval requirement and updating our internal product requirements on a timely basis

• Defining testing plan to verify quality of raw materials and finished product

• Handling project development in terms of planning and executing the development process, coordinating with suppliers to fulfill customer’s requirements and collaborating with merchandiser to ensure on-time schedules

• Participating in regular telco meeting with key customer for project management

• Communicating with 3rd party laboratory to ensure product fulfilling with specific test plan requested by customer

• Conducting quality audit in fty to approve a factory competency in regards of quality assurance

• Travel to China

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 10+ working experience in related field and at least 3 years at managerial level

• Excellent command of spoken and written English, good command of spoken and written Mandarin is required

• Quality Assurance experience is a must

• Knowledge of international safety standards is essential

• Knowledge to develop new product is essential

• Knowledge in 3D software (e.g. ProE, Solidworks) is essential

• Understanding of plastic/metal tooling and electronics development is an advantage

• Experience in handling Quality Mark Approval of product is an advantage

• Proactive, with good communication skills, able to work responsibly and independently

• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity and honest

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Able to work under pressure with multiple concurrent tasks

• Attentive to detail and well-organized

• Immediate availability is preferred
