Responsibilities:

Grow company’s institutional client base and execute client conversion
Take lead in gathering business requirements and agree with stakeholders on the final solution
Ensure the solution designed can both benefiting the business while the post-production maintenance is catered
Work with other departments to translate business requirements and proposed solution into development plan

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
Trading experience is a plus, providing deeper product and function insights
5+ years in business development or sales roles within the financial services or fintech industry
Proven experience in ECM (Equity Capital Markets) and DCM (Debt Capital Markets) sales
Strong network of connections with trading system vendors and clients
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluency in speaking English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
