Company details

Responsibilities:

Prepare equipment and submit drawings.
Oversee combined services drawings, site coordination, and supervisory tasks.
Create method statements for submission before work, testing, and commissioning (T&C).
Coordinate with main contractors and consultants for design reviews, as well as submissions for drawings, equipment, and materials.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
5 years of experience in building services, including supervision of A&A Building Services installations.
Strong command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
Proficient in AutoCAD.
