Responsibilities:

• • • Responsible for performing industry and company research, financial analysis, due diligence, financial modeling and valuation activities;

    • Preparing investment recommendation memorandums and other supporting analysis materials to investment committee;

    • Working with senior team members in transaction execution;

    • Maintain & develop good relationships with clients;

    • Coordinate with post-investment team on monitoring performance of portfolio companies;

    • Complying with any internal and external regulations and company’s policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• • • Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Economics or other relevant disciplines;

    • 1-3 years’ experience in investment banking, consulting, big four accounting firm (transaction services), research or private equity or other relevant experience;

    • CFA/CPA qualification preferable;

    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills;

    • Solid financial modelling and valuation skills;

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to form effective working relationships;

    • Proactive in taking responsibilities and able to multi-task;

    • Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment field;

    • Fluency in English and Mandarin；both written and verbal communication skills;

    • Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules.
