Responsibilities

• Develop Strategic Partnership: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers in South East Asia & China. Establish & maintain long-term relationships with suppliers in these countries to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs

• Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and improve supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery and meet quality standards

• Cost Management: Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve cost targets while maintaining product quality

• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality teams to monitor production processes and resolve issues proactively

• Product development: Collaborate with the marketing & product development team to meet sourcing needs

• Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with import/export laws, customs regulations, and trade agreements in Southeast Asia and China

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Associate Degree or higher in a relevant field

• Proven experience in sourcing toys products, and supply chain management

• Willingness to travel

• Strong negotiation, problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin, knowing local language is preferred

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

• Lead and manage teams ability is a plus, including setting goals and performance parameters
