Create and manage work assignments and schedules for the programming team to achieve project milestones, influencing the overall project timeline.

Evaluate business requirements and produce functional and system design specifications for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with technical and architectural standards.

Develop system prototypes for proof-of-concept as needed, validating functional requirements to confirm that the system aligns with business and technical goals.

Mentor and guide junior developers in coding, integrated system testing, and regression testing to ensure the final product is of high quality and reliability.

Prepare the system for production deployment by designing installation packages and validation procedures for a smooth rollout.

Establish and maintain a comprehensive library of system documentation to support ongoing maintenance and program efficiency.

Oversee and delegate tasks to junior programmers and contractors, fostering a productive team environment.

Collaborate with vendors and users to ensure seamless integration of satellite systems with the Budgeting System.

Support the execution of testing, mock activities, cutover processes, and change management initiatives.

At least 5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role, with experience in large-scale Oracle EBS implementations.

Strong hands-on experience with ERP implementations, particularly in Oracle Inventory (mandatory) and either Purchasing and Supply Chain or Financials modules, including General Ledger.

In-depth technical knowledge in application design and development of custom extensions, conversions, and interfaces within an Oracle R12 EBS environment.

Familiarity with the Excel4apps reporting tool is a plus.

Knowledge and experience with Oracle EPM Cloud is advantageous.

Highly motivated, a strong team player, and possesses excellent analytical skills with the ability to work independently.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
