Responsibilities
Assist marketing team in developing and implementing integrated through-the-line marketing activities
Support marketing team with all day-to-day logistics, administration and press activities
Manage product samples, assets requests and PR seeding
Monitor press coverages by analyzing media data and compile weekly & monthly PR clipping reports
Work closely with digital team on content creation, and marketing materials development, including some basic graphic and photo editing
Working with marketing team to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of PR and marketing activities resulting in industry-leading levels of media coverage
Support in preparing marketing collateral and promotional materials
Assist PR, marketing and digital teams on reports for management review
Perform market research and competitor benchmarking to make informed campaign-planning decisions
Provide all-rounded administrative support to the team in tasks such as meeting arrangement and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related disciplines
A minimum of 3-4 years relevant work experience, preferably gained from retail / fashion industry
Demonstrable motivation for further developing career in retail marketing
High levels of organisation and attention to detail with a hands-on, responsible attitude to task management
Excellent multi-tasker with ability to work flexibly and under pressure
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
Basic design skills
