Responsibilities:

• Assist senior merchandisers and sales representatives throughout the merchandising process, providing valuable support and insights

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance company visibility

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and remain informed about industry trends to contribute to strategic planning

• Support the achievement of sales targets and actively contribute to overall company growth

• Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Previous experience in merchandising is preferred

• Innovative and self-motivated, with a strong eagerness to learn and grow professionally

• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

• Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin

• Willingness to be stationed at Dongguan
