Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of SHE strategies, policies, and systems across large-scale construction projects.
• Provide expert guidance to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders on SHE best practices and legal requirements.
• Conduct high-level risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Champion a proactive safety culture through training, engagement, and leadership.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure full compliance with local and international SHE standards.
• Monitor SHE performance metrics and report to senior leadership with actionable insights.
• Drive innovation in environmental sustainability and occupational health initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive SHE experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role on major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in managing Smart Site Safety System
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certifications (Registered Safety Officer/ Safety Auditor/ Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) highly desirable.
