Oversee financial management tasks, including expense tracking, budget planning, cash flow monitoring, and preparation of monthly reports for management review.
Coordinate with external accountants or auditors to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Support the sales team with administrative processes such as quotation reviews, sales contract management, performance tracking, and client invoicing.
Assist in compiling and analyzing sales data to generate insights for business development planning.
Maintain and enhance internal policies related to finance, procurement, and general office administration.
Collaborate with senior management to evaluate cost-saving opportunities and optimize business operations.
Manage internal approval workflows and documentation related to financial transactions and sales deals.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations and timely resolution of issues.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate services, finance support, or sales operations.
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and budget control.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel and standard accounting or ERP software.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
