Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, orders for shipment.

• Prepare tender documents.

• Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to ensure optimal stock availability.

• Assist walk-in and corporate customers with collections and purchases.

• Work closely with the Senior Sales Supervisor to streamline operations and improve service efficiency.

• Handle shoe-lacing system replacements and assist with defective product evaluations and reports,  factory coordination, and customer follow-up.

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned or needed.

Qualifications:

• Completed Secondary graduates;  diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• With passes  in Chinese & English, Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese & English.

• Previous experience in sales, merchandising, or customer service is an advantage.

• Proficient in using communication tools such as email, with solid skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

• HKD18,000-/and above  [Depending on experience]

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Alternate Saturdays Off

• Sundays & Public Holidays Off

職位要求：

• 完成中五或以上課程，具大專或學士學位者優先.

• 並合格中/英文課程; 具良好中文及英文書寫 / 溝通能力.

• 具備銷售、商品管理或客戶服務經驗者優先.

• 熟悉電郵及其他通訊工具，並能熟練使用 Microsoft Word 及 Excel.

• 能在快節奏的環境中同時處理多項工作，具良好時間管理能力.

薪資 :

• 港幣HKD18,000-/及以上 [視經驗而定]

工作時間 :

• 星期一至星期五：上午 9:00 – 下午 6:00

• 隔週星期六休假

• 星期日及公眾假期休假
