Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive personal assistance & managing daily schedules.
Facilitate effective communication with internal and external parties, including family members and other stake holders / service providers.
Handle personal errands and logistics, ensuring smooth management of tasks .
Process personal correspondence and documents, including bills, letters, licenses, and government or banking documents.
Handle confidential information, files and materials to ensure information security and proper usage
Assist in scheduling business appointments and meetings.
Maintaining Accurate records, files and databases
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Personal Secretary or in a similar role.
Ability to manage various matters with appropriate emergency response capabilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
High level of integrity and responsibility.
Highly resourceful, able to work effectively and independently.
Proficiency in using standard office software, including the MS Office, email, electronic payments, and basic phone communications.
Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese.
Availability to start immediately is an advantage.
